Best Baa Dairy is a co-operative of Ontario farmers who milk their sheep. The milk is then crafted into delicious yogurt, cheeses and ice cream at the Best Baa Dairy in Fergus.
Best Baa will complete the purchase and implementation of an off-grid sheep milk cooling system for Amish family farm producers.
There are 5 farms involved; two will use solar power and three will use engine driven power.
